Messaging Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

Allium Project LLC ("Allium", "we") provides operations software to logistics companies ("Customers"), such as last mile delivery companies. Through Allium, Customers can send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and calls with their own drivers and job applicants. This policy explains how Allium handles messaging information as a service provider to our Customers.

Who is responsible for your messages

Each Customer is the sender of its own messages and decides who it messages and why. When you receive a text from a company that uses Allium, that company's own messaging privacy policy and terms apply too, and you can contact it directly. Allium processes the messages on its behalf.
